Aspire Therapy is based in North Essex and covers Essex and Suffolk.
Amy is a state registered Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years’ experience working in both health and social care settings, most recently in a paediatric setting. She is passionate about supporting people to gain and maintain independence and quality of life. Amy has experience of assessing for specialist equipment and housing adaptations for adults and children. She also has extensive experience of working directly with children with complex physical and sensory needs including visual impairment, learning disabilities, developmental delay and fine/gross motor difficulties.Recent postgraduate training includes; developmental coordination disorder, postural measurement and management, sensory integration and developmental perceptual dysfunction. Amy is a qualified Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner.

Amy is happy to work in close liaison with individuals, families, schools and health professionals to ensure that you are receiving the best input to meet your needs. Amy has an Enhanced DBS certificate (previously CRB) and is fully insured. Amy regularly updates her knowledge and skills regarding safeguarding children and Basic Life Support and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
